The beautiful city of Pesaro, known as the City of the Sea and of Music thanks to the famous opera composer Gioacchino Rossini, is just a few kilometers away. The beautiful city of Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just a few kilometers away, where you can visit the Palazzo Ducale.
We recommend visiting the Marche villages of Gradara, Fossombrone, Mondavio, and Candelara.

Its proximity to the Pesaro motorway exit allows for quick access to the Republic of San Marino, the town of Fano, and beautiful Senigallia.

The farmhouse has two apartments available for vacation rentals and one annex rented separately for small events.
The first-floor apartment opens onto a large garden where you can sunbathe and read a book. It's ideal for a vacation with friends and family; your children can run, play, and explore the large playground.
The house, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, can accommodate six people in three bedrooms, and a crib for children aged 0-2 years is available. A large terrace is ideal for outdoor dining.

For sea lovers, the beaches of Pesaro, Baia Vallugola, and the Riviera Romagnola are within easy reach.
Our area offers lively trails for hiking and mountain biking. We recommend the San Bartolo Natural Park with its breathtaking landscapes, and the small villages of Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo, perfect for visiting or sipping fine Italian wine.
Upon your arrival, the house will be ready with bed linens and towels, a laundry kit with kitchen roll, a laundry kit with toilet paper, water, and coffee pods.

Pets are welcome, but remember to bring everything your furry friend needs!
