CaBrandano is a typical Marche farmhouse. The views of the hills and its relaxing private bio-pool make this place an authentic haven where you can rediscover the pleasure of slowing down.

The Villa consists of three apartments on two floors, all designed for a pleasant holiday with family and friends.

-The Camomilla apartment is larger and features a spacious living room overlooking the valley and the pool. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It features a fun table football table, a smart TV corner, and a kitchen with an island equipped for hosting dinners with friends or hosting our in-home Italian chef who will prepare your typical Italian dinner or a wonderful Italian cooking class.

The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the first floor, and a crib for children aged 0-2 can always be added.

-The Zafferano apartment on the ground floor is a charming three-room apartment with a private, fenced garden, perfect for those traveling with dogs. It can accommodate up to 4 people with its double bedroom, double sofa bed, and one bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room overlooking the hill and pool make this space comfortable for a wonderful vacation.

-The Lavanda apartment on the first floor offers breathtaking views of the entire valley. It can accommodate up to 5 people with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a Smart TV complete the comforts of this home.

Villa CaBrandano is nestled in the Montefeltro hills on the border with Marche and Emilia-Romagna. Nearby Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a cultural must-see. Pesaro, City of Culture 2024, is also just 30 km away.
Our hills are home to numerous historic villages waiting to be discovered, and for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, there are numerous nature trails to explore.

The villa's location is also ideal for spending a beautiful day at the beach and diving into the Adriatic Riviera, just a 30-minute drive away.
For wine tour enthusiasts, we can recommend some excellent local wineries.

Pets are welcome, but remember to bring everything your furry friend needs!
