Villa Fiore, located in the Art Village of Novilara, is a beautiful Luxury Villa, its panoramic position is strategic both for visiting the nearby cities of Pesaro, Fano, Candelara and for reaching the beaches of the coast in less than 3km.
The entire Villa is a magical place, ideal for relaxing while reading a good book or spending a pleasant holiday with family and friends. The Borgo del Paese can be reached on foot, a real treat to stroll through its historic streets.
After a day dedicated to cultural visits or the sea, it is wonderful to be able to relax with a dinner or an aperitif on its well-kept terrace; Villa Fiore can accommodate up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it is always possible to add a cot for 0-2 years. We recommend a maximum of 8 adults.
Furthermore, for those who do not want to give up physical fitness, Villa Fiore offers an area dedicated to sports with a mini gym.

There is a large kitchen complete with appliances and a living room furnished with attention to detail with a flat-screen Smart TV.

Villa Fiore is ideal for travelers who do not want to give up the cultural visits and events that Pesaro City of Culture has planned, but without living in the chaos of the city; the proximity to the beautiful sandy beaches is also a plus for being able to enjoy your holiday by choosing the elegance of our Villa Fiore.

A stop not to be missed is tasting the typical Tagliatelle di Novilara at the Pergolato della Maria restaurant, as well as the summer Tagliatella Festival.

The owner Paola lives in the annex of the villa, she is a lovely person and very thoughtful in making your stay in the Villa perfect.
